Trash & Yard Waste Collection

Collection Schedule Guidelines Items not Collected

Trash collection is the collection of containerized yard waste such as grass clippings, twigs, hedge clippings, junk or rubbish. Generally, it's anything that doesn't come out of the kitchen or bathroom. The City of Huntsville provides weekly trash collection service for its residents. The cost for this service is included in the monthly fee for residential solid waste collection.
