The General Services Facilities Projects office manages new construction, alterations, and additions on City Facilities. The Facilities Projects office is staffed with architects, estimators, construction managers, and office managers. The Facilities Projects office works closely with other City Department and the public to facilitate construction projects. The Facilities Projects Office is involved in the design process, estimating process, value engineering, construction documents, contracts, project management, and much more.
