Join us for a Halloween celebration designed for everyone on Tuesday, Oct. 29 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Fern Bell Recreation Center. Enjoy adapted activities, spooky crafts, treats, and more in a welcoming and inclusive environment. All participants must be accompanied by a caregiver or guardian. FREE for all ages.
