Adult Intermediate Swim Lessons October 8-November 7 (Tuesday & Thursday)

This class is designed for Stage 2 beginners aged 18 and above. To register for this class, the student should have had prior swim lessons and be able to demonstrate the following: can swim 25 yards Freestyle, 25 yards Elementary Backstroke, can tread water for 15 seconds, is able to rotary breathe, can retrieve a submerged object in 7’ of water and can jump into deep water. Classes are 45 minutes long for a total of 10 lessons. There is a maximum of 10 students per instructor and lessons are provided by Dr. Richard Showers Pool Staff.
