Notice of Public Meeting – Special Session – of the Downtown Redevelopment Authority of the City of Huntsville, AL
The Downtown Redevelopment Authority of the City of Huntsville, Alabama, will hold a meeting on Tuesday, July 10, 2018, at 5:30 p.m. in the 1st Floor Council Chambers, located at 308 Fountain Circle, Huntsville, Alabama, for the consideration of the following:
- Approval of the Minutes from the May 8, 2018, meeting.
- Approval of parameters allowing citizen comments at meetings.
- Resolution to approve and adopt Conflict of Interest Form.
- Resolution proposing an amendment to the Certificate of Incorporation of The Huntsville Downtown Redevelopment Authority in accordance with Alabama Code Section 11-54A-5.
- Presentation by Wes Crunkleton of the Crunkleton Commercial Real Estate Group of the 106 Jefferson Street Project.
- Other business.
