The City of Huntsville, Parks & Recreation, and the William Hooper Councill High School Alumni Association will hold an unveiling for the installation of the new statue honoring Dr. Councill on Wednesday, Dec. 23, at 1 p.m. The statue is being installed in the new Dr. William Hooper Councill High Memorial Park on St. Clair Avenue.
