Healthy Huntsville is Kicking off 2019 with Scale Back Alabama
Mayor Tommy Battle, along with Healthy Huntsville’s founding partners, will kick off the New Year by addressing the benefits a healthy lifestyle at a media event on Monday, January 14, at 2 p.m., at the Alabama Department of Public Health (301 Max Luther Drive). The Mayor and Healthy Huntsville will announce their support of Scale Back Alabama, and safely losing ten pounds by the beginning of April.
Scale Back Alabama (SBA) is a free statewide weight-loss campaign designed to encourage Alabamians to get healthy and to have fun while doing it. Since the first challenge in 2007, Alabamians have lost more than one million pounds!
