Special Public Meeting of the Public Building Authority of the City of Huntsville

The Public Building Authority of the City of Huntsville (the “PBA”) will hold a special meeting on Thursday, September 28, 2017, at 5:00 o’clock P.M., central time, at the City Hall in the City of Huntsville (the “City”) located at 308 Fountain Circle, Huntsville, Alabama 35804, for the purpose of, among other things, considering the adoption of a resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of the PBA’s Lease Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2017 (the “PBA Bonds”), which are to be issued for the purpose of (i) refunding, for annual debt service savings, the PBA’s Municipal Justice and Public Safety Center Lease Revenue Capital Improvement and Refunding Bonds, Series 2007, which were issued to finance the costs of improvements to a building for lease to and use by the City as a municipal justice and public safety facility, and (ii) paying the costs of issuing the PBA Bonds.

AGENDA

1.     Call to order.

2.     Bond Counsel and Financial Advisor to address  Refunding, Refinancing and Supplemental Lease for the PBA’s Lease Revenue Refunding  Bonds, Series 2017.

3.     Resolution No. 2017-2 to confirm the officers of the Public Building Authority of the City of Huntsville.

4.     Resolution No. 2017-3 authorizing issuance by The Public Building Authority of the City of Huntsville, Alabama, of its Lease Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2017 (the “Series 2017 Bonds”), the call of outstanding obligations of the PBA to be refinanced by the Series 2017 Bonds, and the execution of a First Supplemental Indenture, a First Supplemental Lease Agreement, and various other related agreements and documents pertaining to the Series 2017 Bonds and the said refinancing.

5.   Any other business to come before the Public Building Authority.
