Huntsville Parks & Recreation Department is offering a self-defense series at Optimist Recreation Center. The six week series will empower you to fend off an unwanted advance or attack. Participants should wear comfortable clothes and sneakers. Attendance at most or all of the classes is encouraged. You must be 16+ years old to participate.
Classes are free and will take place on Mondays from 6PM-7:30PM starting on August 23 and ending on September 27.
*The Labor Day class (September 6) will take place on Tuesday, September 7.
