The Huntsville Special Events Office invites public event organizers or anyone interested in hosting a special event to attend its monthly meetings, held the third Wednesday of the month at 10 a.m. Meetings are on the 2nd floor of the Huntsville Parks & Recreation building, located at 2411 9th Ave. The purpose of the meeting is to answer questions about the special event permit application process and provide updates about scheduled events to City officials.
Join Council Member Jennie Robinson for her District 3 Drop-in on Monday, March 20, at 6:30 p.m. at the South Huntsville Library, 7901-L Bailey Cove Road.
