Parks & Recreation is brewing up a scary fun lineup of fall festivals and Halloween events, welcoming all ghosts, ghouls, witches and friendly monsters to join in on the fun. The fifth annual Halloween Party & Haunted House will be Friday, Oct. 23, from 6-9 p.m. at the Jaycee Building in John Hunt Park.
