Join Huntsville Parks & Recreation for the Healthy Hearts Expo on Monday, Feb. 17, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Mark Russell Recreation Center, 429 Taylor Road, Owens Cross Roads.
This event is designed for ages 50+ and will focus on living a healthy life physically, mentally and financially. Come discover valuable resources, community vendor tables and a full schedule of fun and informative activities:

- 9:30 a.m. – Be Healthy Online!: Safeguarding Your Online Profile: Presentation by City of Huntsville Information Technology
- 10:00 a.m. – Free Line Dancing Class with Nkenge / Pickleball Demonstration
- 10:30 a.m. – Organized Home = Less Stress!: Presentation & tips from TC, Happy Homeowner-Professional Organizer
- 11:30 a.m. – Pickleball Demonstration
