Meeting – Public Building Authority

The Public Building Authority of the City of Huntsville, Alabama, will hold a meeting Thursday, March 11, 2021, at 12 p.m. in the Engineering Conference Room #1, located at 320 Fountain Circle, Huntsville, Alabama, for the consideration of the following:

1. Approval of Minutes of February 23, 2021 meeting.
2. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the Issuance and Sale of the Authority’s Taxable Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2021, a Lease Agreement between the Authority and the City of Huntsville, a Trust Indenture between the Authority and Regions Bank and various other Agreements, Documents & Instruments in connection with the Series 2021 Bonds.
3. Any other business to come before the Authority.
