The Public Building Authority of the City of Huntsville, Alabama, will hold a meeting on Monday, February 24th, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. in Board Room 240 located at 305 Fountain Circle – 2nd Floor, Huntsville, Alabama, for the consideration of the following:
- Approval of Minutes of January 29th, 2025, meeting.
- Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the issuance, by The Public Building Authority of the City of Huntsville, of its $6,305,000 Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2025 (the “Series 2025 Bonds”), along with a First Supplemental Indenture, a First Supplemental Lease Agreement, and various other agreements and instruments related to the said Series 2025 Bonds.
- Discussion of possible future projects for the Public Building Authority. 4. Any other business to come before the Authority.
