Public Building Authority Special Session

The Public Building Authority of the City of Huntsville, Alabama, will hold a meeting on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at 9 a.m. in Board Room 240 located at 305 Fountain Circle – 2nd Floor, Huntsville, Alabama, for the consideration of the following:

1. 1. 1. Approval of Minutes of February 24, 2025, meeting
      2. Discussion of the Von Braun Center Expansion Project
      3. Finance Report
      4. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the Chairman to allocate a portion of the proceeds of certain VBC Project Bonds to reimburse the 2014 Capital Projects Fund of the City for expenditures incurred prior to borrowing issuance
      5. Any other business to come before the Authority.
