Public Building Authority Special Session

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING SPECIAL SESSION

The Public Building Authority of the City of Huntsville, Alabama, will hold a meeting Thursday, Feb. 24, at 11:30 a.m., in the Engineering Conference Room #1 of the Public Services Building, 320 Fountain Circle, Huntsville, Alabama, for the consideration of the following:

1. Call to order
2. Approval of minutes of the Feb. 14, 2022 meeting
3. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the Issuance and Sale of the Authority’s $74,285,000 initial principal amount Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2022, a Lease Agreement between the Authority and the City of Huntsville, a Trust Indenture between the Authority and Regions Bank and various other Agreements, Documents & Instruments in connection with the Series 2022 Bonds
4. Any other business to come before the Authority
5. Adjourn
