The Public Building Authority of the City of Huntsville, Alabama, will hold a meeting on Friday, July 15, 2022, at 9 a.m. in the Engineering Conference Room #1 of the Public Services Building, 320 Fountain Circle, Huntsville, Alabama, for the consideration of the following:

  1. Call to order
  2. Approval of minutes of March 23, 2022 meeting
  3. Consideration of Change Order No. 1 and Final to the Construction Services Agreement between the Public Building Authority of the City of Huntsville and EMG One, LLC for the Huntsville Amphitheater Signage Project
  4. Consideration of Change Order No. 4 to the Construction Manager Agreement between the Public Building Authority of the City of Huntsville and Robins and Morton for the Amphitheater Project
  5. Consideration of Change Order No. 2 to the Construction Services Agreement between the Public Building Authority of the City of Huntsville and Robins and Morton for the New Park & Facilities at MidCity Project
  6. Any other business to come before the Authority
  7. Adjourn
