Public Building Authority Special Session

The Public Building Authority of the City of Huntsville, Alabama, will hold a meeting on Thursday, Sept. 8, 2022, at 10 a.m. in the Mayor’s Conference Room located at 308 Fountain Circle – 8^th Floor, Huntsville, Alabama, for the consideration of the following:

1. Approval of Minutes of July 15, 2022 meeting
2. Finance Report
3. Consideration of Change Order No. 1 and Final to the Construction Services Agreement between the Public Building Authority of the City of Huntsville and Mobile Fixtures & Equipment Company for the MidCity Food & Beverage Installation project
4. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing an Acceptance of Real Property from the City of Huntsville as described in the Corrective Statutory Warranty Deed, two Ground Lease Agreements between the Public Building Authority of the City of Huntsville and the City, together with related documents and actions, all respecting the Ground Lease Agreements related to the Orion Amphitheater
5. Any other business to come before the Authority
