Public Building Authority Special Session

The Public Building Authority of the City of Huntsville, Alabama, will hold a meeting on Tuesday, April 25, at 1 p.m. in Engineering Conference Room #1, located at 320 Fountain Circle – 1st Floor, Huntsville, Alabama, for the consideration of the following:

1. Approval of Minutes of Sept. 8, 2022 meeting
2. Finance Report
3. Consideration of Modification No. 3 to the Agreement between the Public Building Authority of the City of Huntsville and Matheny Goldmon Architecture + Interiors, LLC
4. Consideration of a resolution entering into a lease agreement between the Public Building Authority of the City of Huntsville and the City of Huntsville for property located at Wheeler Avenue and Fiber Street
5. Update on Huntsville City Hall project
6. Any other business to come before the Authority
