The City of Huntsville will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the grand opening of the Sandra Moon Community Complex, 7901 Bailey Cove Rd., on Tuesday, Sept. 15, at 10 a.m. The event is free and open to the public and tours will be available following the ceremony until noon and again from 4-7 p.m.
