The purpose of this special called meeting is to consider the following agenda items:
1. Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to Execute the Restated Development Agreement between the City of Huntsville and Mid-City Owner, LLC. (Robinson)
2. Resolution of the City Council requesting the appropriate city department(s) to present a report to the Council addressing the feasibility of including a small island in the renovated lake of the Big Spring Park Renovation Project. (Kling)
