Huntsville Animal Services (HAS) will host “Boom Proof Your Pet” on Sunday, June 14 from 2–6 p.m. at the Jaycee Building in John Hunt Park, 2180 Airport Rd. The free event helps pet owners take proactive steps to prepare and protect their pets to prevent the holiday surge of scared, lost animals during fireworks season.
