City of Huntsville municipal offices will close Friday, July 4, for Independence Day. This includes Animal Services, Parks & Recreation, Public Transit and Municipal Court. There will be no delays in garbage collection this week. Essential police and fire personnel will remain on duty throughout the holiday.
The Zoning Committee of the Huntsville Planning Commission will hold a special-called meeting on the second Wednesday of the month at 7:30 a.m. in the 6th Floor Conference Room of Huntsville City Hall.
