Tier II Reports – Hazardous Material
Businesses and industries which manufacture, store, or transport extremely hazardous substances identified in the US Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Title III List of Lists, or otherwise meets the requirements stipulated under Section 312, Paragraph (a), are required to submit a Tier II Report by March 1 of each year.
These reports must be submitted to Huntsville Fire & Rescue and the Huntsville-Madison County Emergency Management Agency as these entities have jurisdiction of your business or industry.
Please follow the steps below.
- Watch the tutorial on EPA.gov
- Download the software to fill out and export the form.
- The form will automatically be submitted to the Alabama Department of Environmental Management.
- For the submission process to be complete, you must email the form to Huntsville Fire & Rescue, and Huntsville/Madison County EMA in .t2s format. If the form is not in .t2s format it will not be accepted.
