Bid an Infrastructure Project
The City of Huntsville invites qualified applicants to bid on the major capital projects included in the Capital Improvements Plan.
Addenda will only be emailed to those bidders who attend and have signed in at the pre-bid meeting. It is the responsibility of all bidders to refer to the website for any updates. All referenced times are Central Standard. All meetings will be held at 320 Fountain Circle, Huntsville, AL as referenced, in either the 1st or 2nd floor conference rooms.
Bidders are authorized to download excel quantities (attachment “A”) or any revised excel quantities from this web site and paste to a CD-RW (preferable in a live/flash drive format) in the excel format; which must be submitted with the original bid packet. In addition TWO hard copies of the bid form (Attachment “A”) must be signed and submitted with bid packet.

Drawings represent designs prepared for use by the City of Huntsville, Alabama and are not to be copied, reproduced, altered, or used by anyone, or any organization, without the expressed written consent of the City of Huntsville Engineering Division representative authorized to approve their use. Anyone making unauthorized use of these drawings may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Utility Improvements Along U.S. Highway 231 Frontage Road at Don Mincher Drive
Project No. 71-25-SP06Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. CST and the Bid Opening will be held on Thursday, January 9, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. CST.
Both meetings will be held at City Hall, on the 6th Floor, in Training Room 624, 305 Fountain Circle, Huntsville, AL 35801.
