City Council will hold a work session to discuss an effort to enable Huntsville police, when they arrest someone for a personal misdemeanor for possession of marijuana, to issue a citation as opposed to taking the individual into custody.
The session will be held at 5 p.m. on April 20 in the 1st Floor Chambers of Huntsville City Hall.
