COVID-19 viewpoint: Infectious Disease Specialist on the frontline of the pandemic

The public is invited to watch a Zoom conversation on Wed., Dec. 22 at 2 p.m., with Dr. Ingrid Roig, a Huntsville infectious disease specialist who has been on the frontlines of the pandemic, and Dr. Aruna Arora, neurologist and President of the Madison County Medical Society.
Dr. Roig will discuss the winter surge in COVID-19 in our community, how the virus impacts people differently, and what we can expect with the new vaccines.
The Zoom conversation will also be available for public viewing on the City of Huntsville’s Facebook page at facebook.com/huntsvillecity. Following the event, the video will be posted to City Video on the City of Huntsville website.
