District 1 Council Member Michelle Watkins will hold a town hall on Monday, Aug. 17, from 5:30-7 p.m. at Hope Community Church, 1111 Pulaski Pike NW. Director of Landscape Management Brian Walker will present about the maintenance of ditches and Director of Public Works Chris McNeese will present about garbage collection at the meeting.
