District 2 Council Member David Little will hold a town hall on Tuesday, Oct. 13, at 5:30 p.m. at Goldsmith-Schiffman Elementary School auditorium, 1210 Taylor Rd., Owens Cross Roads. The meeting will commemorate National Community Planning Month and members of the City’s Planning Department will present about current and upcoming projects.
