District 5 Council Member John Meredith will hold a town hall on Tuesday, Oct. 20, at 6 p.m. at Hope Church, 1661 Balch Rd., Madison. Members of the City of Huntsville’s Planning Department will speak about upcoming projects as part of Community Planning Month.
