Medical Clinic Board Meeting

The Medical Clinic Board of the City of Huntsville – 1966 (the “Board”) shall hold a public meeting in the offices of Bishop Colvin, LLC, 2101 Clinton Avenue West, Suite 402, Huntsville, Alabama, at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, for the purposes of: electing officers; recognizing the satisfaction of indebtedness from bond issues issued in 2006 and 2008 on behalf of Huntsville Emergency Medical Services, Inc., an Alabama nonprofit corporation; authorizing the execution and delivery of conveyances, assignments of leases and satisfactions as provided by the referenced bond issues; authorizing one or more signatories for the Board’s bank account; distribution of funds held in the Board’s bank account to the City of Huntsville; and transacting such other business or taking such further action as may be conducted or taken at a regular meeting of the members of the Board. 

The meeting shall be open to the public and all interested persons may attend.
