Meeting – Public Building Authority

The Public Building Authority of the City of Huntsville, Alabama, will hold a meeting Wednesday, Feb. 2, 2022, at 3:30 p.m. in the Huntsville Parks & Recreation Department meeting room, located on the second floor of 2411 9th Ave., Huntsville, Alabama, for the consideration of the following:

1. Approval of Minutes of Oct. 18, 2021, meeting.
2. Finance report.
3. Consideration of Change Order No. 2 to the Construction Manager Agreement between the Public Building Authority of the City of Huntsville and Robins and Morton for the Amphitheater Project.
4. Consideration of Change Order No. 1 to the Construction Services Agreement between the Public Building Authority of the City of Huntsville and Robins and Morton for the New Park and Facilities at MidCity.
5. Consideration of a Construction Services Agreement between the Public Building Authority of the City of Huntsville and GraphTec Inc. for the Huntsville Amphitheater Signage Bid.
6. Consideration of Conveyance of Parking Garage A to the Public Building Authority of the City of Huntsville as the site for the new City Hall project.
7. Any other business to come before the Authority.
