Keep Huntsville clean and green! Operation Green Team invites the public to pick up free cucumber and tomato plants from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, April 1, at the Green Team Office, 3242 Leeman Ferry Road, Huntsville. There will also be garbage bags available for community cleanups as well as popcorn and water. Free items are available while supplies last.
The public can also learn information about when to plant as well as volunteer opportunities with Green Team. For more information, call 256-532-5326.
