Public Meeting Notice – Educational Building Authority of the City of Huntsville – Randolph School

Notice is hereby given that The Educational Building Authority of the City of Huntsville – Randolph School (the “Authority”) shall hold a public meeting in the Head of School’s office at Randolph School, 1005 Drake Avenue, Huntsville, Alabama 35802, at 1:30 p.m. CT on Friday, March 7, 2025, for the purpose of (a) authorizing the issuance of lease revenue bonds issued to finance improvements to educational facilities of Randolph School, and (b) transacting such other business or taking such further action as might be conducted or taken at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors. The meeting shall be open to the public and all interested persons may attend.
