Register for the free Shiitake Mushroom Workshop at Hays Nature Preserve on Wednesday, October 20 at 10am.
Learn to inoculate a log with shiitake mushroom spores & take it home! This workshop will meet outside and will be taught by The Alabama Cooperative Extension System’s Rhonda Britton.
