Kids ages 4-6 are invited to enjoy the I Have a Dream Youth Basketball Clinic. The free hands-on clinic will review fundamentals of the game, improve technical skills and encourage teamwork. The clinic is open to all skill levels. Spots are limited. Register by Monday, Feb. 16.
March is Women's History Month and to honor women in the community, Parks & Recreation will host the third annual HerPower Walk from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 28, at John Hunt Park. The free 3-mile walk is open to women, girls and the men who support them.
