District 3 Council Member Jennie Robinson will hold a Public Engagement Forum for Community Planning Month on Wednesday, Oct. 28, at 6 p.m. at the South Huntsville Public Library classroom. Members of the City’s Planning Department will present about projects planned in District 3 and across Huntsville.
