District 4 Council Member Bill Kling will hold drop-in public office hours at the Huntsville-Madison County Public Library’s downtown branch from 6-7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 16. This is your opportunity to ask questions, give an opinion or learn more about a City department or service. No appointment is needed. All are welcome.
