Missing Something for Christmas Fee-Waived pet adoption special at Huntsville Animal Services starting Monday, December 18. Huntsville Animal Services is sheltering many adoptable dogs and cats that would love to be in a good home before the Christmas holiday. It’s best to have new pets in the family home several days before Christmas morning festivities. Pets need time to adjust in a new environment.
To help our animals transition into their new families, the Shelter’s dogs and cats will be available for adoption free of charge beginning Monday, Dec. 18 through Wednesday, Dec. 20. The Fee-Waived adoption special will continue with the ‘Subaru Share the Love’ Pet Adoption campaign Thursday and Friday, December 21 and 22.
Help save a shelter pet’s life, and adopt a new furry friend into your family. Each free adoption will include the same amenities as a regular adoption package – rabies vaccination, microchip, spay or neuter surgery, and heartworm test. Restrictions may apply on some pets Monday through Wednesday.
Visit us at the Animal Shelter, 4950 Triana Boulevard, 35805. Adoption hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The shelter is closed Saturday, Sunday and Monday in recognition of the Christmas holiday.
