Receive a tutorial on how to properly use row machines, and then tackle different challenges set by Rocket City Rowing.
Benefits of row machines: It trains all your leg muscles such as the glutes, hamstrings and quads. It even provides a powerful workout for your upper body. When you pull your body back your shoulders, arms and back have to work. The continuous rowing motion needs your entire body so it boosts your heart rate.
