Join Mayor Battle and Green Team at John Hunt Park for the annual Mayor’s Tree Planting Day on Saturday, November 5. Tree planting will take place from 9am to 12pm. Hundreds of trees will be planted to expand the tree canopy this year!
Please park at 2315 Airport Road.
We need your help to plant trees. No experience is needed. All ages are welcome. You can drop in any time between the three hour event.
Seedling trees will be given out to take home to plant, while they last!
Volunteers will also be provided with free litter clean up supplies, coffee, popcorn and doughnuts.
