The Public Building Authority of the City of Huntsville, Alabama, will hold a meeting Monday, Feb. 14, 2022, at 2 p.m. in the General Services Project Conference Room, located on the first floor of 2411 9th Ave., Huntsville, for the consideration of the following:
- Approval of Minutes of Feb. 2, 2022, meeting
- Finance Report
- Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the Chairman to Execute the Bond Purchase Agreement between the PBA and the Underwriters for the New City Hall Project
- Execute the Bond Purchase Agreement between the PBA and the Underwriters for the New City Hall Project
- Any other issues to come before the Authority
- Adjourn
