Mayor Tommy Battle will present his annual State of the City address at a luncheon hosted by the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber at noon Monday, Nov. 8, at the Von Braun Center North Hall. The ticketed event, presented by Toyota Motor Manufacturing Alabama, is sold out. The public may watch the address live on HSV TV (Comcast 1088/16 and WOW 42) or the City of Huntsville website.
