Join Parks & Recreation on Saturday, Feb. 21, at the Dr. Robert Shurney Legacy Center (3011-A Sparkman Dr NW) for an inspiring display celebrating Black History Month and African American Art for all ages to enjoy. The event is open from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. and will feature local artists and their works.
