Parks & Recreation’s Healthy Hearts Expo is back in 2026 for American Heart Month in February. Attendees will have the chance to enter a drawing for door prizes, explore a variety of local vendors who provide services and resources for seniors, listen and participate in informative health sessions and more.
March is Women's History Month and to honor women in the community, Parks & Recreation will host the third annual HerPower Walk from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 28, at John Hunt Park. The free 3-mile walk is open to women, girls and the men who support them.
