Request a Recycling Cart

The Solid Waste Disposal Authority manages a residential curbside recycling program through the Recycling Alliance of North Alabama (RANA) that began on August 1, 2019. RANA will be replacing the 18-gallon bins with new 95-gallon rolling carts. The large carts, with lids, will be collected once a month. Residents must register to receive the free cart and curbside service. Sign up at recycling-alliance.com.

Recycling Complaint

Recycling services for the City of Huntsville are handled through the Solid Waste Disposal Authority. Beginning August 1, 2019, Recycling will be managed by the new Recycling Alliance of North Alabama. Please reach out to RANA regarding any questions about your recycling service.
