EVENT HALL RENTAL
The Sandra Moon Community Complex Event Hall offers 4,600 square feet of flexible event space for meetings, receptions, celebrations and other special events.
The hall can be configured to fit a variety of needs. For standing receptions, the Event Hall can accommodate up to 310 guests.
Seated configurations range from banquet-style arrangements to conference and theater-style seating for up to 225 guests.
Rentals also include complimentary use of the 25-by-20-foot stage, lectern, AV control booth, projector and screen.
Use of the catering kitchen is included in the rental rate.
Rates
Weekday | Monday–Thursday
$250 for four hours
Weekend | Friday–Sunday
$350 for four hours
Rentals that do not require use of the catering kitchen receive a 15% discount.

- 72-inch round banquet tables: 17 tables | Seats 136 – 170 guests
- 30-by-72-inch classroom/conference tables: 54 tables | Seats 108 guests
- 60-inch round banquet tables: 19 tables | Seats 114 to 152 guests
