Huntsville Police Citizens Advisory Council
The 13-member Huntsville Police Citizens Advisory Council (HPCAC) was created in 2010 to strengthen the bonds between the Police Department and the community.
The Council recommends procedures, programs, or legislation to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Police Department and works to keep the Chief of Police, Mayor, and City Council apprised of actions that create community concern.
