ALDOT: I-565 pavement repairs to begin

The Alabama Department of Transportation advises motorists to expect nighttime single-lane closures for pavement repairs on Interstate 565 in Madison County to begin the evening of June 10, weather permitting.

Reed Contracting will perform the repairs between Exit 7 (County Line Road) and the east end of I-565 at U.S. 72 between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m., Sunday nights through Thursday nights. Work is anticipated to be complete in late July.

Please drive with caution in the work zone. Be prepared to reduce speed and merge.
