ALDOT: U.S. 231 lanes to close for paving July 25

The Alabama Department of Transportation advises motorists to expect closures of the inside lanes of the South Memorial Parkway (U.S. 231/Alabama 53) service roads
on Wednesday, July 25, for milling and paving operations.

The northbound inside lane between Byrd Spring Road and Golf Road will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The southbound inside lane between Whitesburg Drive and Golf Road will be
intermittently closed between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Please expect delays and plan accordingly.
